How do I qualify for these benefits?

Your company has enrolled in our Total Home Services program which allows you to access this site and sign up to contact a move counselor. Once you have contacted the move counselor, they will assist you in walking through the real estate process.

As a reminder, you must not be using a Realtor, lender or other real estate service provider prior to making contact to your move counselor.

When will I receive my rebate?

Real Estate Services – you will receive your rebates in the form of a credit at the settlement table, reducing your upfront closing costs.

Financial Services – you will receive your rebates in the form of a reduction in the fees charged by our mortgage company at the settlement table.

What does it cost me to enroll in the program?

The program costs you nothing. All the services we provide are at no charge to you or your company.

Is there a timeframe after I enroll that I have to use your services?

No. There is no time limit placed on utilizing the services, however, we do ask that you do not have a contract with any of our, or another companies, real estate professionals.

Is there a limit on how many times I use your services?

No. You can utilize the services of the program as many times as you like.

I have an investment property; can I use these services for that property?

Yes. Our services are available for use on rental or investment properties, as well as mortgage refinancing and real estate investment loans.
